Projects and Repairs
One of the projects I'm most proud of. It was a huge success. The biggest challenge was making widespread changes to the space while simultaneously focusing on the finer, more precise details of the renovation. From start to finish, it was fun to add both function and style, making this property even more beautiful.
BATHROOM AND CLOSET RENOVATION
The carpet was replaced with light-toned vinyl plank flooring, giving the room a modern, bright appearance. The new flooring contrasts beautifully with the dark wood trim, providing a durable, low-maintenance solution with a professional finish.
FLOORING INSTALLATION
The patio underwent a complete transformation with a fresh coat of paint. The doors were repainted white, creating a clean, crisp contrast to the newly refreshed pink walls. The patio floor was also repainted in a rich red tone, giving the entire space a more polished and inviting look. This project revitalized the outdoor area, making it brighter and more aesthetically pleasing.
